Password Change Display: you can change your temporarily given password. Click on menu option with mouse. New password is written on opened display and new password is written then click ‘Change Password’ button. Or if password is not changed, click ‘Cancel – Return Main Page’ link. If your password is changed and you do not remember you can contact data –processing by phone nr +90 322 394 34 27 – 1006 or 1172 and you can obtain a new temporary password.
Cumulative Fruit Report : this option is the general to detaiedl form that provides number of fruit coming from the gardens. Commencing and final dates of season are determined or system automatically gives date interval from starting date of season to today. Click ‘Compose List ’ button and entry amounts are listed based on main fruit groups (Grapefruit, Lemon, Orange, Mandarin, etc.) Fruit subgroups are listed by using ‘select ‘ link on every fruit group line or click ‘all entries ‘ lists and list all scales information on specified season- date interval. Again, for sub species’ lot information can be listed from ‘Select’ link at left side in sub groups. Only selected fruit species’ scales information are listed by clicking ‘Fruit Species Entry List’. All production results of the lot are listed by clicking ‘Prod. Result’ link at the third stage. You can return to menu by clicking ‘return main page’ button when it is wanted.
Report of Fruit Entry from Garden: it is the last part of general to detail listing at previous option. It provides scales entry lists which correspond to specified date intervals, fruit intervals or lot intervasl. All these lists can be selected, copied and pasted to Excel if it is requested.
Seller General Analysis based on Fruit : it is the analysis program that contractual fruits are compared with production results of other sellers’ fruits. Season and fruit varieties are selected on display. Click ‘Compose List’ button. In accordance with selected fruit varieties, sellers whom Özler Tarım buys their fruits from within the context of box inside agreement, percentage of 1st quality are listed from high to low order. Which user is login is colored on the list. It is displayed on the below chart by organizing alphabetically. You can return menu by clicking ‘return main page’ button when it is wanted.
Seasonal Boxed Fruits’ Prices: it is a listing program that you can monitor price changes of contractual fruits. Select season, click ‘Compose List’ button. Fruits are listed alphabetically, prices are as per dates. For example; recent lines started by Satsuma is at the bottom. You can return menu by clicking ‘return main page’ button when it is wanted.
Garden Application Information : it is a program that provides online registrations of all applications in gardens. You can see pesticide application forms that you complete and send by fax or hand-delivered on this display. The login user’s gardens and boxes regarding fruits in these gardens are completed automatically. Information entry/ correction processes are started by selecting appropriate boxes. Application date is entered in date part without using brace (- / . etc.)as ddmmyyyy format. Other information is completed. In order to have a healthy registration, compulsory blanks should be completed and click ‘Add’ button. Registration is seen in the below list. If there is correction, click ‘Adjust’ link and required correction is made then click ‘update’ button or correction is cancelled by clicking ‘Cancel’ button. Current Actions Display: it is a program that lists paid advances and issued invoices on a season basis. Select season, click ‘Compose List’ button. You can return menu by clicking ‘return main page’ button when it is wanted. Useful Information: it is a page where information about citrus pests and pest control methods, irrigation methods, fertilization methods, budding methods and good appropriate agriculture techniques are given. You can return to main menu by clicking ‘return main page’ button when it is wanted. Your opinions: we designed this part as a “Wish and Suggestion Box”, you can share all your opinions with us, you can write your critiques and suggestions if any. For this, required statement can be written in box in front of opinion line and click ‘Add opinion’ button. Loading Information Display: it is the listing program that displays loading information of Login customer. Season is selected from the regarding box, then click ‘Compose List’ button. Click ‘select’ button at the end of each line and details of that line are listed. When you click select link on pallet detail, garden applications of that pallet is listed. You can return menu by clicking ‘return main page’ button when it is wanted.
Pallet detail information display: there are 2 barcode stickers on each pallet delivered to the customer. There is information related to that pallet on this sticker. But, if it is requested to have more information about that pallet, this program can be used. There are two different methods. First one is in accordance with barcode number; this number is on pallet sticker such as M018341A0030. Related option is selected from program, barcode number is entered in pallet barcode information box and then click ‘display’ button. Second option is in accordance with pallet number. If you know which factory manufactures this pallet and number, required selection is done from the second option and click ‘display’ button. You can return menu by clicking ‘return main page’ button when it is wanted.
Customer Current Analysis : this program makes customer current analysis. It displays debt/ due date. It shows total of issued invoices. Issued invoices can be displayed when ‘invoice detail’ button is clicked, if it is requested. Details can be seen when ‘select link’ is clicked at the left side.
Buying Price Chart : it is a program that draws the buying price chart of Login customers on a season/fruit basis. Chart is automatically drawn when season and fruit are selected. You can return menu by clicking ‘return main page’ button when it is wanted. After completing all processes, if display is closed, please click ‘secure logoff’ and you will see Login display.
